With the present four tracks compilation of exclusive Techno productions, Rebekah delivers the third and last part of CLRs new format, which consists of an hour and a half dj mix and two subsequent EPs. Once more, Rebekah has chosen a mixture of tracks by fellow CLR players and other colleagues she admires for their cutting edge, quality production style. Long-time CLR artist and mastering technician Brian Sanhaji contributed Gyre, the first track of the release and a truly mesmerizing, acidic journey, which fulfills the usual, extremely high sonic standard the experienced producer is known for. The second track Berkel was produced by Dualit and is characterized by a comparatively laid-back vibe with a gently driving rhythm, irresistibly haunting atmospheres and sequences. It closes the A-side of the vinyl and leaves you with the urge to turn it around and keep listening. The B-side contains two more tracks by Bas Mooy and by Rebekah herself. Bas Mooy´s Exile is another good example of minimalistic, driving and hypnotic Techno with an extraordinary rhythm and a diversified structure, while Rebekah manifests with Zero Point what she is best known for: straight-forward, full on, banging Techno with heaps of positive energy from the relentless side of the genre. Her second Mind Sets effort is a thoughtful selection, a dignified continuation of the first part of the sampler and should be enjoyed loud on top-notch sound systems. Rebekah completes the first edition of CLRs brand-new vinyl/digital venture and once more recommends herself as a tasteful advocate of uncompromising, undying Techno.

Part of our newly conscripted roster, Weska has been shaping his thick, punchy, highly polished sound from way up in Toronto, as resident at the sound Mind crews parties, he has formulated a particularly sharp ended production style that runs deep through these hypnotic tracks. We drafted in a very specific remixer for this EP, Joran Van Pol has created some of the most stripped down and stark slabs of dance of music this last year on labels like Minus and Rejected, and here he has moulded the title track into a slow motion, low slung masterpiece.

“Nebel“ is the latest Techno Frühstück EP, that once again allows us to dance and dream simultaneously. The eponymous title track combines Lisa’s atmospheric vocals with warm synthy sounds, then pushes us with its impressive bass and captivating bells straight to the dance floor.

Even more exciting is the EP’s remix by DJ Aroma, resident DJ at Berlin’s Ritter Butzke Club. Hypnotic drums hover just under a constant and steady bass line, impressively showcasing her 15 years of DJ experience (among other career milestones she may look back upon a period as one of the first residents at the well-known club “Ostgut”, now “Berghain”).

The final track “Lichtung” completes and rounds this EP. With its fresh and playful drum elements its undertone moves slow and steady towards a wonderful summer feeling.

One year "Morgentau", one year "Jelly Joker" and now forever "Kai Urig - Das Uriginal". At the tender age of 15, Kai discovered his love and affinity for electronic music. At that time, he used idols such as Florian Meindl, Sven Väth, Richie Hawtin and Steve Reich.

From year to year, he dared to be more. At first, he mixed only small mix tapes, which he played for friends, now produces his own podcasts.

After he had heard a set by Sven Väth in 2006, a vision was not to banish from his mind: Produce your own! Maybe someday your song is part of a major set of a well-known DJ. Since that day, he deals with the realization of his dream and produces his own songs, in the hope that one day, one of his songs is played by a famous DJ.


His style is to settle in the minimalist / techno genre, although many of his songs are tinged melodic. Meanwhile, he has published, under several synonyms, some EPs and albums, such as “Tonfall Minimal”, “Spanking Noise” and “Scary Mary”.

Furthermore he is still active in a duo project with the name "Godmode". At the end of 2010, Godmode has published an album with the catchy name „Elektromett“.

But of course he knows how to convince behind the turntables! He plays in some clubs in Germany and convinces the audience with his dedication to music. He draws them into his spell.

Besides his career as a DJ and producer Kai also runs his own label "Mycore Records" and "Cosmic Alliance." Either Mycore Records as well as Cosmic Alliance support national and international artists in their self-realization and self-marketing.
