  "I have been writing songs all my life. It started as a way to process the hardships of life and then became something more as I got comfortable and grew confident with writing and recording. My father was my biggest influence although growing up he was only around off and on. He was a funk drummer and growing up witnessing him as an artist got me hooked. I love and respect all genres, I've written over 40 songs, including both R&B and Hip-Hop. Music has giving me strength and hope at times in my life when I really needed it. Now I use my music to collaborate with school districts as a means of alternative education to encourage and inspire youth."
