New sounds, fresh of the digital press: Sanoi and Jake Rattler present their YION debut with ‘The Flubbenator’ – a two track EP with plenty of pizzazz. Hi-hat-heavy and driving percussion sets the tone on both tracks here. While the title track fully orients itself towards the dancefloor, the second half of the EP, ‘Jonty’s Theme’ likes to play a little bit more with contrast, and adds just a dash of moody strings and melodramatic vibes. Altogether, a worthy soundtrack for the dawn of spring.

For our 41st offering, Kamai Music is thrilled to welcome back Berlin's Felix E and Michael Ritter, whose collaborative approach has led to a compelling two-track EP entitled "Tagträume". In the title track, the duo embraces a stripped-down aesthetic, crafting a clean, uncluttered sound enriched by meandering synths and a beautifully layered vocal arrangement composed by Sister Sol.

"Eklat" unfolds with a gradual progression that creates an atmospheric vibe—introspective yet danceable. A defining moment in early 2000s minimal, Physical Fraction marked Trentemøller’s breakthrough with its razor-sharp groove and a restless sense of motion. Released in 2005 on Audiomatique, the track balances precision with an almost unhinged energy, tight percussion and warped synth stabs twist around a rolling, bass-heavy framework, building tension with surgical control. While rooted in minimal techno, there’s an unmistakable rawness in its execution, a hint of electro-infused chaos that sets it apart from the era’s more sterile productions. This was Trentemøller before the cinematic melancholy, crafting club music that felt alive, unpredictable, and utterly magnetic.

Produced right after the start of the pandemic in March. Probably the nastiest track I've ever done in my life (for a reason).
I don't think I could ever top the tension level of this one. It's really like that. Tracks speak of memories. And this one is pure rage.

"It starts slowly, it speeds up a little. It comes to the point that it first scratches your heart and then the stomach. And then goes up, and up, and up, and up, and up. And you want more of it, more and again more, to the point that, you know, it will never be enough."
