Zenon Records was founded in 2003 by Sensient. The Zenon sound can be described as “deep and intelligent minimal/electronica with strong lashings of musicality and futuristic sound design”. The sound is distinct and has infiltrated the electronic dance music scene worldwide, with our artists representing on some of the biggest stages in the world. With its massive roster of talented artists and Djs from around the world, the Zenon collective will continue to grow and inspire each other to take it to the next level.

Gaia Groove is the sonic embodiment of Mauritian artist Karan Damania, a visionary weaving a bridge between ancient ritual and contemporary electronic expression.

Born in 2018, Gaia Groove emerged from the underground as a deep exploration of rhythm, consciousness, and collective emotion. During the global lockdowns, his immersive live sessions resonated across borders, introducing him as one of the key figures shaping the Mauritian electronic scene.

In 2020, he was selected by an Australian progressive label to represent their sound as a DJ, a milestone that propelled him onto international stages. Since then, Gaia Groove has shared lineups and warmed the floor for acclaimed artists such as Merkaba, Sumiruna, Airi, Hypogeo, Slip Hypnotic, and many others, bringing his own hypnotic storytelling to dancefloors across Mauritius and beyond.

His performances are more than sets; they are rituals of connection. Each journey is crafted with purpose, blending unreleased gems, intricate grooves, and original productions that blur the boundaries between the organic and the digital, the emotional and the cerebral.

With releases on Zenon Records, Dense Nebula Records, Techgnosis Records, and Universal Tribe Records, Gaia Groove has carved a distinct sonic identity rooted in precision, depth, and intention. His music explores the duality of nature and technology, the ancient and the futuristic, the self and the collective.

Guided by a philosophy of purity, purpose, and presence, Gaia Groove continues to expand his artistic journey through both performance and production. Today, he stands as one of the defining voices in the Mauritian electronic underground, known for his authenticity, precision, and purpose-driven artistry. San Miguel’s musical signature is defined by his various interests and influences of his travels through time and space which manifests itself into a soundscape of hypnotic spheres and deep driven basses. Together with LaniRose (@lanirose_monada), he launched his second electronic music label and sonic community „MŎNɅDɅ“ (@monada-project) in 2018, based by the philosophical monad as expression of the pure eternal essence which exists in every living being. Featuring talents from all over the earth, the label provides a playground for hand-picked and visionary sounds, expressing multicultural and contemporary beauty in modern simplicity. A space dedicated to emotional, deep, organic downtempo and progressive, melodic slowtech focusing on consistent deepness and defined by outstanding sound scripts and creativity.

As "Mônada Project" the two free spirits San Miguel and LaniRose are leading a rental & setup service with a variety of festival equipment like PA, tents, booths and unique light installations, hosting sound-journeys, gatherings and festivals & co-create together with the global tribe. BELIK BOOM (Personal name - Guy Belik) – Among the best artists in the Trance and Psy Trance scene today.
