The weather this week reminded me of a story I told my little one many moons ago on the first day of school when I was asked" what would happen?"
We passed the harbour with the masts blowing in the very strong wind and seagulls soaring up and down squealing with delight.I pointed to a little one .
Saoirse(Freedom) knew for a long time this would be the day she would fly on her own for the first time .She knew for a long time she was ready and able for anything and yet she still asked her more worried parents was she ready and would she be safe.
With wide eyes of love they answered "of course you are  little one ,you will fly free and strong,make your own truth,There's always something.....and that's OK "

A soft hybrid Epic song.

This song is part of a series of songs about an imaginary place : The Horizon Gate.

This one is about someone who will have great responsibilities and great powers. This person needs to be strong and courageous, but also to be kind and sensitive! I wanted to make a song with strength but without aggressiveness.

I tried to make a song that makes you want to fight for good causes while keeping compassion, I hope it doesn't sound pretentious. 😇

I only used virtual instruments (solo voices, piano, guitars, strings, percussions, brass, woodwinds, synths).
Many parts are improvised and midi edited (piano, duduk, cymbals, brass and guitars). This part of my work has been long ... very long.

I like metal (all kind), epic music, electronic music, ethnic and world music.
I like to try new things, I like to discover new types of music.
I mainly compose hybrid music. I try to blend ethnic, electronic and classical music together.

I'm French, I speak English and Japanese, both so poorly but I'm still happy to practice. I'm shy but I love to connect with people.
