Kosmozoo Barrio is a sound camp at Nowhere in Spain since 2017. Nowhere is the biggest burner gathering in Europe every year. Every year for 6 days in a row, we offer daily healing workshops and great music at night. Thank you to all the DJ's that performed live at our camp. Line-up by Piccaya @michel-piccaya.

Nowhere, it's always an extraordinary journey. This is a real old-school festival adventure and probably not for the faint-hearted! Modeled on the iconic Burning Man festival and set in the Spanish desert, Nowhere promotes self-reliance and cooperation to foster art, music and having a great time.

The fifth Anwesend Guestmix comes from Ili Os @solart-system

Ili shot the music video for his song "Fire" at anwesend in cooperation with @eigenklang. This evening will probably always remain in our memory, how the whole community was involved to perform.
Ili Os combines environmental science, music and sound art and expresses them in a sound activist way via field recordings, instruments, interviews, community building and radio. 
Ili is initiator and tutor of the TU Berlin Soundscape project, a self-organized group for critical acoustic ecology at TU Berlin, anchored in the Department of Psychoacoustics and part of the Colaboradio-Team ("Freie Radios Berlin Brandenburg"). As an environmental scientist and artist in residence, Ilias produced electroacoustic compositions and documentaries about communities near or in the waters themselves, such as in Stechlin and Neuendorfer See, (soon also about Anwesend ;)

Ili is also musically active under the name "ili & the Black Sails" (@iliberlin), an interactive concept composed by elements of organic dub, hip hop and bass music.

Happy to bring you a premiere by the one and only @mandruvamusic, releasing in solo format his new album "The Scariest Movie is Human Life".

Words from the artist himself:
"As a lover and appreciator of the Horror and Suspense genre in movies and books, I grew up seeing many things in these works that caught my attention and caused a strangely pleasurable feeling. All my life I have also seen these things happen in real life, many times more brutally, but the feeling was not the same. That shiver, that tension and that moment caused by reading or by a fictitious interpretation was not produced in my body, but a feeling of anguish and anger. Anger for sharing the same space and being of the same species as the one who performs such actions.
The last 3 years we've had atypical years of our lives, and throughout that process I poured that into music, creating this album. I can say that it was an “emotional masochism”. I read stories, watched movies (based on real events or not), looked for things I hadn't looked for and listened to various news. In addition to observing the world around, as usual. With that, I saw even more the capacity of the human being to be, at the very least, complicated.
It is not necessary to list or point out all the problems that human beings are capable of being and doing with their peers and with everything around them. We all know. And we don't know everything, as we are always surprised by the insanity of the mind, putting ourselves in situations that were previously unimaginable.
No triggers and no more stimuli: the scariest movie is human life."

Shen Mze (შენ მზე) is a bit of poetic saying in Georgian language, which translates into: You Are Sun!
