The March episode of the Get Physical radio show is here to keep you locked in as we move from winter to spring. The show opens with the superb N-You-Up dub mix of ‘Promises’ from Boogie Vice & Deep Aztec, as the French producer reworks the original into a stripped back and raw affair, ready for the dance floor. Hot on its heels is our co-founder DJ T. with the brilliant ‘Rapture', opening the way for back to back tracks from Switzerland’s Kellerkind. The selection sees another gem from Holland's Helsloot, pure class from Kate Simko and an all powerful Tube and Berger remix of the ever-young ‘Heater’ by Samim. Throw in Doorly, Hauswerks, m.O.N.R.O.E., Who Else, Albuquerque, M.A.N.D.Y and Chaim and you have a selection that is essential listening.

A slew of remixers step up to the plate to take on material from Danny Daze's ferocious electro-inspired "Silicon" EP for Ultramajic, continuing the young label's hot streak in 2014.

Trippy electronic veteran Erika (of Interdimensional Transmissions and Ectomorph) turns in two versions of "Beatdown" - a "Spaced Up" version that lives up to its name with a huge sense of space, spooky atmospherics and echoes galore, and a "Spaced Out" version that ties the otherworldly vibes to a pounding 4/4 pattern. Dimitri Veimar lends his talents (formerly used on remixes for the likes of Turbo Recordings and 2020Vision) to "When the Freaks Come Out", bringing out the track's darker side with bubbling synths and spacey effects. Seasoned Berlin techno producer Ambivalent takes on "Silicon" with typically impressive results, delivering an irresistible hook over minimal, angular drum work. And label boss Jimmy Edgar does his duty by slimming "Beatdown" into an addicting, bare-bones slammer complete with syncopated snares and chants.

As with its series of Metaphysix releases, Ultramajic continues to show off the embarrassment of riches it has when it comes to having both talented artists and friends, releasing another set of varied, top-notch remix material for the techno and electro fiends out there.

Up next in the Moments Of Aether Club is SOBEK with this "Live at AETHER" recording. The set is a warmup before Innervisions artist Dominik Marz in November of 2023. Named after the Egyptian crocodile god, for the last few years Sobek has been crafting a unique sound within the realms of house and techno. Whether it be deconstructing glossy polished originals with his unrivalled remixing talent, or days spent in the studio creating innovative and thought provoking original music across many sub genres, his sound simple has no boundaries. He also runs his own party series in his home city of Budapest, which has welcomed the likes of Tunnelvisions. David Mayer, Toto Chiavetta, Whitesquare and The Drifter alongside many other great artists to the Hungarian capital. Year 2021 he founded Complaint Kulture imprint together with long time friend and studio partner MULYA, the label delivers bitter-sweet functional dance music to the global scene.

Our first set from an incredible night at Unit 58 was a true highlight. The talented Wukah and Alex Taliana took to the decks and delivered a solid 2-hour warmup performance. Their set was a masterful blend of deep, melodic, and heavy-hitting bangers, showcasing not only their own impressive productions but also some recognisable classics. The energy was electric throughout and helped set the scene for an 8 hour marathon of music.
