Kålï discovered her passion for music already in her mother's womb. Shortly after becoming 12 years old she fell in love with electronic music. 
In addition, she has been singing in two bands for years in her youth.
Over the last 14 years she had gained a lot of experience on dance floors and collected so many tracks from outstanding artists she really looks up to! 
She lives and loves music in every conceivable situation in her life.
As a child of the early 90s, she’s blessed with the musical influences of her parents and the time when even mixtapes were recorded from the radio.
Her passion for dancing and also her sensitivity to be able to devote herself completely to music has enriched her life the last decade so much that she started DJing about one year ago and made one of my life goals possible all on her own. 
Her first Club Gig she played the opening at Tresor in Berlin early August 2025. 
Other artists and her listeners particularly appreciate her for her exceptional selection and her very own style of mixing.
She was born to use music to create a never-ending and incredibly diverse journey through all possible genres.
She’s emotional, she love’s her body and her mind and Kålï knows that music flows through her DNA since ever!

From his early releases on the legendary german imprint raster-noton, to his more recent output aimed at the club, Kangding Ray managed to trace a singular trajectory, navigating the unexplored territories between experimental music and dance music.

Through his consistency as both Live performer and DJ, and a number of critically acclaimed releases, Kangding Ray showed his ability to keep a genuine artistic approach, while slowly crafting a unique universe, equally focused on emotional response and visceral impact.

Kangding Ray’s music tests boundaries, evolving constantly in its exploration of texture and rhythms, while talking equally to the body and the mind.
From his past as architect, Kangding Ray kept a multidisciplinary approach to art, applying his craft in diverse artistic fields such as visual arts, film scores, audiovisual installations and dance performances.
