The second release from Laroye on Local Talk takes on a different rout, over to New Jersey. 'Keep On' sounds like Kerri on a (very) good day but comes with additional musicality and bongo action from Laroye. A proper club joint with musicality.

The EP title-track brings forward driving drums, highly energetic pads laced with lively woodwind sections and rhythmically infectious breaks. On the flip side, 'Pretty little Things' keeps the flow moving with a bumping rhythm, flaring hi-hats and swanky vocal chops. Finally, 'A Place For Us' introduces movement-inducing percussion, soulful keys and feel-good vocal jabs supporting Workerz's signature rhythm. An overall cheerful vibe from this cut.
