Two roads split open, dark in shade,
Leaves thick like paint, an old song replayed.
I'm standing here, soul heavy with choice,
Listening close for that guiding voice.
One road like a rhythm I’ve known so well,
Feet sink deep where old stories dwell.

Two paths, one heart caught in between,
The known or unknown, which road will redeem?
One whispers, "Stay," like a steady drum,
The other says, "Come," where the wild things run.

This first road, it’s got grooves in the dirt,
Worn smooth by the ones who feared to get hurt.
It’s safe, it’s warm, like a mother’s song,
A place where feet and soul belong.
Every step’s a promise, every turn’s been tried,
Echoes of home I could walk inside.

Two paths, one heart caught in between,
The known or unknown, which road will redeem?
One whispers, "Stay," like a steady drum,
The other says, "Come," where the wild things run.

Then there's the other, like breath on glass,
Fogged up with dreams of a world so vast.
No grooves to hold, no roots to cling,
Just open ground where new steps sing.
This path is raw, like a beat not played,
Each step unknown, each fear relayed.

I feel that pull, can’t walk both ways,
The known and unknown, both call and sway.
One step forward, past what’s safe and tried,
I choose the path that’s dark and wide.
And in that moment, I feel alive,
The thrill of the unknown, like I could fly.

So here I stand, one road in the past,
And I know that choice was built to last.
Two roads that spoke, but I chose my own,
And someday, yeah, I’ll say I’d known—
The difference made, the journey done,
One step forward, where the wild things run.

"Why incomplete songs?

My songwriting process is about quick iterations, testing, and refining ideas. It’s a “numbers game”—I write as many songs as I can, knowing not all will be great. By writing consistently and revising often, I boost my chances of creating something beautiful. Each song is a sprint, a rapid project to build and evaluate, keeping what clicks, letting go of what doesn’t.

For me, it’s persistence, introspection, and sometimes collaboration. I test and refine lyrics and melodies, letting go of what doesn’t resonate. Often, a song starts with a single line, evolving naturally and intuitively as I write.

To show this journey, I’ll share some “Incomplete Songs” along the way. These drafts and works-in-progress reveal the raw, unpolished side of songwriting. They each play a part in the creative process and let others in on how ideas shape, change, and sometimes circle back before reaching their final forms."
