MC Steal” is an MC and Host based in England, UK. Ste has been listening to Hardcore music since the age of 8 years old back in the mid 90’s. He used to listen to Dreamscape and Helter Skelter tapes and was particularly inspired by acts such as Scooter and Paul Elstak. It wasn’t until 2007 when he saw MC Wotsee live at a HTID event he decided he wanted to be an MC. By 2008 he was performing weekly shows on Krafty Radio and had his first live booking in Manchester as well as opportunity to go B2B with the mighty MC Whizzkid just 6 months into his career. In the same year Ste also won his first ever competition at “Missing” which subsequently led to a main stage booking and residency at the event. In 2009 Ste won a second competition, this time at Xtreme Energy, which earned him a residency at all of the pre-parties before major events such as HTID, Raverbaby and Uproar. After that his name began to grow rapidly across the UK. Over the next few years, as well as gaining several residencies, Ste also had the pleasure of performing with some of the scene’s biggest names such as Darren Styles, Recon, Gammer, Dougal, Hixxy, Scott Brown, Squad E, Technikore, Joey Riot, Kurt, Sy & Unknown, Seduction, Gary D, Cocooma, By 2013 Ste was far from done. He was nominated for the Hardcore Heaven Breakthrough Awards as well as winning the HTID Weekender MC competition in 2014.

Miss Special K  has been performing across the UK and Europe for the past 15 years, playing a variety of styles including hardcore, happy hardcore, old skool, hard house and bounce. 

It all started in the mid 90's when Karen and a group of friends hosted a pirate radio station which was broadcast across her hometown of Torbay in Devon. At the age of just 13 Karen was very much into her hardcore and hard house. It was only in her late teens that she was able to buy a set of decks and she taught herself to mix whilst at uni studying to be a teacher. A year later Karen gained her first hard house booking in Bristol and a residency with the Future Sound Crew in Devon. Following this she won numerous dj competitions in the Bristol area and received a weekly residency at Castros nightclub. In 2004 hardcore bounced back onto the scene and Karen set up the night Totally 'Ardcore at Castros, where she had the opportunity to play all the hardcore she had collected over the previous years. She soon became known on the scene, for her unique style of mixing and unforgettable performances. 

Over the years she has gained bookings across the country at nights such as Hardcore Heaven, Dreamscape, HTID, Ravers Reunited, HTID, Fantazia, Storm, Fusion, We are Hardcore, Hard to the Core, Xstatic, Obsessed, True Hardcore, Firewall,  Oxygen, Epidemik, and Raindance. She has also played in Spain, Ibiza, Belgium and Corfu. Karen has also had the pleasure of playing on lineups with all of the top hardcore DJs and MCs, and performing back to back sets with artists including Dougal Vibes, Vinyl Junkie, and Al Storm, and alongside MCs Storm, Whizzkid, Wotsee, Marley, Static, Enemy, and many more! She is renowned for her skilled technical abilities and bouncy energetic sets, with MC Whizzkid stating that "She is sick!... and her mixing is tight" and MC Storm referring to her in 2011 as "The worlds number 1 female hardcore DJ".

As well as DJing, promoting Totally 'Ardcore, and teaching full time, Karen is also producing her own music too and has her very own label TOTALLY 'ARDCORE Records. Ian Redman has been on the Dj circuit for over a decade now. Originally hailing from the Hardcore and Bouncy Techno scene back in the mid 90s when he was in his mid teens, but more commonly known of recent as one of the true pioneers of Scouse House. Ian was one of the original members of chart topping dance act 'Ultrabeat' who reached number 2 in the official UK Top 40 back in 2003 with international club hit 'Pretty Green Eyes'.

Back in 1995, aged 13, Ian received his first set of turntables as a gift off his cousin. With it came a huge pile of unwanted Hardcore & Jungle. This is where Ian’s obsession with dance music began. Ian spent all of his time in record shops listening to tracks and practicing his mixing at home, and after years of blagging promoters got his first gig in 1997 at an under 18s in Southport alongside school friend and fellow Dj, Rob Cain.
Ian eventually left school and went on to secure a job in underground record shop 'Plastic Records' which he soon became manager of. In this time he obtained a residency at the legendary Liverpool nightclub 'The Aquarium'. Shortly after, he was poached from 'Plastic Records' to work for '3 Beat' as the new Scouse House buyer.
Only a select few in the music industry have become a master of a genre they represent.Ian Redman is one of those gifted few. Rising to earn his place on music the wall of fame in the Dance scene from the early years of the last decade,

Ian Redman has been a household name in numerous countries ever since the Number 2 hit - Ultrabeat's "Pretty Green Eyes". From there, he continued to work alongside Mick Dis-cala and Chris Henry to become the foundation of the UK's Dance music export machine.

Producing a number of follow up UK top 40 chart hits such as "Feelin' Fine" , "Better than Life" and "Elysium (I Go Crazy)". Finally, after their huge success in the charts along with unprecedented response from a world tour, they had built a stellar back catalogue of work. Enough to release their first album "Ultrabeat - The Album" which went straight to number 8 in the UK album charts.

Since then, Ian has continued to keep the Dance flame alive, relentlessly touring Europe. After building such a huge following and with a torrent of successful musical endeavours under his belt, he was chosen to be one of the view ambassadors of Vestax. An honour which he feels proud to have achieved to this day.To accompany this great honour, Ian was also handed the privileged role to be a BCM resident DJ, giving him the passport to per-form in some of the most famous dance music venues across the globe.

With this amount of dance music experience, Ian has enabled himself to become a master of keeping up with current trends in the music scene. A chameleon behind the decks, Ian has adapted his sets to suit every venue he performs for. From Melbourne Bounce, Clubland classics, to Bounce and commercial house anthems . Making his sets unique and genre defying. A crowd will always be kept on their toes and he never fails to entertain.

Totally 'Ardcore Records was founded in August 2013. This is a subsidiary of the Totally 'Ardcore brand which has been running events in Bristol, England since 2004. 

This label aims to bring you the freshest sounds in UK hardcore, with productions from founder of the label Miss Special K, alongside other well-established artists across the hardcore and hard dance genres. 

From time to time, this page will also feature some exclusive sets for free download from past Totally 'Ardcore events.
