After more than a year of silence on Soundcloud, i present a piece of music! Yes, i do still record music regularly, but, work and life has got me very busy. 
This piece happened spontaneously one evening here, at the lake.
The image comes from my dock, a very large spider lives there...
We can hear my favorite music genre in this, funk... Based on a bass riff, the rest came naturally.
All played by me, exept my programmed drum samples.

The song begins with a captivating introduction that skillfully weaves together enchanting high-pitched piano arpeggios and haunting string dissonances. It exudes a profound sense of sorrow and beauty. In the middle, a striking harp arpeggio creates a dramatic moment, transitioning into another subdued and mournful section. The song reaches its conclusion with a lingering chord that leaves a sense of unresolved tension.

I am a great admirer of Jonathan's work and when he approached me with this wonderful piece of music asking if I might have a go at lyrics and a vocal I felt really privileged. I wanted to try to do as good a job as I could, but initially I struggled, and then, feeling extremely despondent I took a break from it. On my second attempt I think I started to listen properly to what the music was saying – rather than imposing too much of myself on it – and I  began to get melodies and word patterns that seemed like they were there under the surface already.

This has been an amazing project to work on, and Jonathan has been hugely supportive throughout. I've done my bit for sure, but it would have been nothing without the music.

Welcome to my site. Since my childhood I've always been fascinated by music and I've also always been composing music trough the piano or the guitar as long as I can remember. 
That's mostly where it all starts, by the piano. A melody, a theme that gets into my head and I immediately start to arrange and orchestrate it. 
My music is fully notated and can be performed live. Scores and parts are available for all works.
