Eine raue, durch Whisky und Zigarren gezeichnete Stimme, eine nicht zu seicht behandelte Gitarre oder auch mal Mandoline… es gibt viele Facetten, die die Musik von Karli ausmachen und doch bringt er es durch sein erdiges Songwriting schnell auf den Punkt. Ganz bewusst weit ab vom Mainstream braucht der Bielefelder Singer Songrocker meist nicht mehr als ein oder zwei Nummern, um das Publikum zu fesseln. Wer sich bei den solo-Alben von Chuck Ragan zu Hause fühlt, oder auf Old School Rock von Alice Cooper, John Corabi, Tyla bis Motörhead steht, wird sich bei Karli Zuhause fühlen.
