Generally finding his groove to slower, darker beats, I channeled my inner Mira to craft an intimate 2-hour set that brings in a mix of organic instruments, melodic, downtempo beats, and of course, Berlin soul. I threw in a few tracks from some of his favorite artists as well ;) Full of emotion, grit, sexiness, a bit of nostalgia and deep, full-hearted love, I hope you find yourself grooving and moving to this very special set made for my favorite person on earth <3

Wir freuen uns sehr euch mal wieder eine unserer Lieblingsbekannschaften des Jahres zu präsentieren. Sein Sound ist verträumt und antreibend, genau der Sound den wir in diesen Tagen brauchen - er ist so warm wie seine Worte:

Nostalgische Rückblicke, jetzt wo das Jahr sich wieder zum Ende neigt. Ein Jahr mit viel Tohuwabohu und Ups and Downs - genauso wie Momente, welche mich positiv stimmen, beruhigen, schlicht einfach Spaß machen. Und ich freue mich wie das Alpaca im Bild wenn ich an den Sommer denke, wo die Welt vorübergehend in Teilaspekten wieder normaler lief und Festivals und Partys zu vielen schönen Bekanntschaften führten! So unter anderem auch die 60 Zoll Crew, die mich eigeladen hat etwas in ihre Setreihe rein zu sneaken! So kann ich immerhin einen kleinen Teil zurückgeben, nachdem ihr auf dem Lichtalben Festival dafür gesorgt habt, dass eine großartige Wohlfühl-Oase geschaffen wurde auf welcher ich Tage hätte verbringen können! (Ganz zu schweigen von eurem Auftreten und den schönen Gesprächen vor und hinter der Bar! <3) Danke dafür, Danke für die Einladung und auf ein hoffentlich baldiges Wiedersehen!

It was early October and the colors of the leaves were changing every day now. Last night the first autumn storm had razed over the witch’s forest and the next morning Hekske (the little witch) and Falke (the 10 year-old witch apprentice) went for their daily inspection round of the damp forest. Luckily, apart from a few broken branches and thousands of fallen leaves, there was no real damage.  As always, they ended their tour near the tiny (3 feet high) oak tree which is destined to live for 1000 years and become the future mother tree of the forest.  The 2 witches were greeted by Lalita, the young nymph who had come all the way from South-East Asia to protect the little oak tree 24/7.  After their welcome hug, the little witch noticed something unusual.  The hollow willow tree (which is believed to be over 200 years old) had split open.  After a closer look, it appeared an entrance to the cavity had been opened.  Spontaneously, the girls slipped out of their long white dresses and entered the cavity.  There was just enough room for the 3 women, but it was nice and cosy inside the tree. It felt like coming home.  But then something strange happened. The tree started to move and the entrance to the cavity closed itself, while the 3 girls got squeezed even closer to each other.  It was pitch dark and they could see absolutely nothing. Luckily none of the girls has claustrophobia so they were not worried the least bit.  They could still breathe, albeit not at the same time, meaning they had all had to breathe at the same rhythm and slightly out of sync.  After getting used to their tight situation, the girls felt the heartbeats of the 2 other girls with their chests.  And strangely, all 3 heartbeats gradually synchronized so that there was finally only one strong collective heartbeat.  They had never felt more connected.  And strangely, not only did they feel each other’s warm skin everywhere, the tree kept on moving and it was as if they were being touched by 1000 fingers.  The wood of the tree was hard and soft at the same time and for the 3 girls it was a very pleasant feeling of infinite connectedness.  After a while, they felt a deep connection with the whole tree, from the deepest hair roots to the tips of the leaves.  And after tuning in even more, they could even feel the energy from the dying leaves being drawn into the tree itself and travelling all the way down to the roots.  The 3 girls gradually got filled with a pleasant energy which started from their belly and gradually spread over their whole body.  It felt like pure love.  The mind of Hekske wandered to Ishola, her lover from the African rainforest.  And Falke’s mind drifted away to Esfandiar, her Persian soul mate she had met a few weeks earlier, and she smiled.  And Lalita – as always – was thinking about the tiny oak tree she had to protect for the next 1000 years.  Never before had the 3 women felt so connected with everything and everyone.  And gradually they lost all sense of space and time, and they had no idea whether this state of total bliss lasted for hours or for days.  They only wished it would never end…

Sinneswandel ist zurück und diesmal nicht als Partyveranstalter, wie wir sie seit bald 25 Jahren kennen, sondern mit einer Podcastserie, die sich gewaschen hat. In naher und ferner Zukunft werden wir hier
in die tiefsten Bereiche der elektronischen Musik vorstossen. Viele Leckerbissen von Artisten, welche wir seit langem verfolgen und lieben haben bereits zugesagt und hoffentlich kommen noch viele dazu.
Starten werden wir mit einem der umtriebigsten Podcaster unserer Zeit. Wo hat der Mann nicht überall schon seine Mixe veröffentlicht und wo ist er überall am mitmischen.
Wie beschreibt man seine Musik nun am besten. Seinen Sound lässt sich in keine bestimmte Schublade stecken, da er stets mit neuen, verzaubernden Tönen zur Klangekstase ruft.
Er ist irgendwo zwischen Slow Techno, Slow House, Melodic Schneckno und Organic World Music zuhause und schafft es mit jedem Set aufs Neue, seine Hörer auf eine Abenteuerreise zu entführen.
Seine eigene Podcastreihe @aka-tapes fängt in regelmäßigen Abständen seine musikalischen Inspirationen ein und verkörpert seinen persönlichen Musikgeschmack par excellence.

Sinneswandel is back and this time not as a party organizer, as we have known it for almost 25 years, but with a very special podcast series. 
In the near and far future we will dive into the deepest areas of electronic music. Many delicacies from artists we have been following and loving for a long time have already been confirmed and hopefully many more will follow.
We will start with one of the most active podcasters of our time. Where hasn't this man published his mixes and where is he everywhere involved.
How to describe his music best. His sound cannot be pigeonholed, because he always calls for sound ecstasy with new, enchanting tones.
He is at home somewhere between Slow Techno, Slow House, Melodic Schneckno and Organic World Music and with every set he manages to take his listeners on an adventure journey.
