Ehécatl (en náhuatl: Ehekatl ‘el viento’‘ehekatl, viento’.
En la mitología mexica y para otras culturas de Mesoamérica, era el dios del viento. Usualmente se le interpreta como una de las manifestaciones de Quetzalcōātl, la serpiente emplumada, tomando el nombre de Ehécatl-Quetzalcoatl, apareciendo en el aliento de los seres vivos y en las brisas que traen las nubes con lluvia para los sembradíos.

In Mexica mythology and for other Mesoamerican cultures, he was the god of the wind. It is usually interpreted as one of the manifestations of Quetzalcōātl, the plumed serpent, taking the name of Ehécatl-Quetzalcoatl, appearing in the breath of living beings and in the breezes that bring the clouds with rain for the crops.

Protonica Tribute (Mix)
