Chapter 10 marks my 20th mix ever since starting this music project, and of course I had to go back to my roots: melodic bass/ melodic dubstep. For this mix, I wanted to make it special and try incorporating a little bit of each chapter into one. So please excuse the length of this mix, there were so many songs I wanted to use since taking a break off these genres for 2 mixes. Hope this Illenium/Blanke inspired mix helps those who are still healing from their wounds and or longing for better days.

Nature of Hope | Seasonal Feels Mix Vol. 8 (ILLENIUM, Dabin, William Black, Slander & more)

ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITE MIXES IS HERE. I CANT LOSE YOU ft ILLENIUM DABIN CULTURE CODE NURKO IS a mix i put my absolute heart and soul into. Thee meaning of this mix is so incredibly deep and special to me. So much of it can be thought about being unable to lose someone else a partner, a lover, a friend and it is. But even deeper is not losing yourself. Its not here to spew some "it always gets better' rhetoric but rather "it could get better, and you OWE it to yourself to not let yourself go yet”. The mashup I made with When the Magic Dies & ICU at 47:22 captures the meaning of the whole mix. The female vocals that says "Don't you let me go because we've come this far" is begging you to not give up on yourself because of you've come so far. The male vocals "you've been hurting in a million ways no one else can see" acknowledge all the unspoken pain you've had to endure to still be here, be breathing, trying to get through another day of hell. His vocals offer a level of understanding for your suffering that maybe no one else ever has. If there is one message I have for the world, to YOU READING this right now (yeah Im speaking to YOU) IS TO JUST hold on A LITTLE Longer, to use mixes like these to remember you ARE SO WORTH THIS FIGHT and making it to tomorrow. Not to focus on every day but just focus on making it one day at a time. And most importantly, be so kind to yourself as you navigate this incredibly difficult journey on earth. With so much love,
