Karmin Line is a Alternative Rock/Pop trio out of Berkeley, CA known for their captivating energy, hard drops, instantly catchy melodies, and emphasis on vocal harmonies. Since the band's inception, they've been writing and gigging constantly, building a name in the Bay Area music scene. Coming out to a Karmin Line show, you can expect to witness their eclectic collection of individual styles through extended versions of their songs that include spontaneous jams and trading solos. This has been displayed at venues such as the Bottom of the Hill (SF), House of Blues (Hollywood), the Brick & Mortar Music Hall (SF), along with numerous college shows, house parties, and even a couple stints on Ocean Beach, SF.

Following a music video for their first single, "Clouded", the band digitally released their debut, self-titled LP in May 2014, which was recorded with Aaron Hellam of Hellam Sound in Oakland. The album is available for free download on Soundcloud and it is also available to buy on iTunes, Amazon, CD Baby, etc... 

Shortly after the albums release, the band embarked on a mini west coast tour to promote its release, stretching from L.A, through the Bay Area, and up to Seattle.

Ultimately, Karmin Line strives to share the opportunity to inspire and be inspired by others, just like their role model artists have done for them.

MEMORIAL - Something designed to keep the memory alive......

Music/songs can bring back the feelings of certain memories; such as a first love, a vacation, the music your parents played while you we're growing up, making love and babies, etc.... lot's of things are memorials to mark the time, place, and feelings you've had in life such as your first car, or your first guitar(drums!!). Music definitely implies the same mark! Just like Jacob, who fought the angel in Genesis, named the place where he fought to commemorate the date and place where he wrestled God and God did not prevail. Music can mark not only our feelings at a time, but it can also show us our tenacity, our sense of self-worth, our imagination. The music The Memorials makes is both thought compelling and it will etch out a place for the band to leave it's mark, telling the world we were here!
