Karthik Subramany is a highly talented violinist and a postgraduate with distinction in Computers, UK. He started to play violin at the age of five and gave first performance at the age of nine. He has undergone training in Indian Classical (Carnatic) music under eminent musicians. He played violin and appeared on Udaya TV at the age of ten. He has given numerous concerts both as a soloist and as an accompanist and has enthralled the audience in India and the UK. Being passionate about the violin, he has not restricted his playing to classical music but is also well versed in playing famous Bollywood hits, Fusion, Ghazals and Irish Folk. He teaches violin at a music school in Bangalore and conducts violin classes online to students worldwide. He has successfully completed the Western music theory course from the University of Edinburgh, UK scoring 98%, Western musicianship course from Berklee College of Music, USA with 100%. He also works in IT for a UK based giant organization.
