Devil's Work

Arkham Sound continues a dominant year by bringing the chaos to Foundation Audio! The London based producer has illustrated the dark sounds of the city in recent months with unmissable releases on the likes of FatKidOnFire and Badman Studios and continues to do so with 'Smoke' EP. This stacked five tracker demonstrates Arkham Sound's turbulent industrial designs including today's premiere and title track, 'Smoke'.

Arkham Sound - Smoke (FA055) [HNYBSS Premiere]

This one is by far the most complete project I've worked on yet. Learnt so much throughout the past 2 months spent on it. The idea behind it was to use Valve's 1998 game Half-Life samples and make something cool out of them whilst keeping true to the 140 sound I wanted to go for.

These games have been a huge influence on my art ever since I was a kid and I'm definitely going to keep referring to them going forward.
