1. With a grieving heart, I come to Thee,
Acknowledging you are the source of life,
divine, rich, and free,
As living water flows out

2. Though I am sin and wicked, 
Drifting far from Thee apace, 
Yet the moment I repent, 
Thy complete peace bestowed 

3. I long to mingle with Thee 
As the Spirit in the Son of God, 
Nearer, dearer, and sweeter, 
You alone my only ground

Story behind: 
In an afternoon, I felt defeated. I was in a situation that different feelings and thoughts came to bother me concerning a matter. I realised there was no way for me to get out unless I turn to Christ. 

I turned to Him, confessing my weaknesses to overcome victoriously. I am altogether sinful and sin itself. Only Him and Him alone the source of my life may be. I long to mingle with Thee, Lord.
