My name is Kathy Lou Waskett. I am a singer, songwriter, and author.  I have been around the music circuit since 2015. However I have been singing all my life. 
I write fables, short stories, and tell stories through my songs. I like to bring a picture of my Americana into my work. My stories of “Church of the Open Door” will have short stories, poems, and songs.  My book coming up will be “The Little Star and other bedtime stories,” will be a collection of fables for young children.
