Ο Παναγιώτης Χαμακιώτης Regional Director του COMPO EXPERT GROUP για την ευρύτερη περιοχή της Νοτίου Ευρώπης, Βαλκανίων, Κύπρου, Τουρκίας, Αφρικής & Μέσης Ανατολή, μίλησε για το παρόν, το μέλλον και τις αλλαγές που θα γίνουν σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα και για το τι χρειάζεται να γίνει στην Ελληνική Γεωργία.

Panos Chamakiotis: Θα ήθελα στη πολύ σύντομη εισαγωγή μου, να μιλήσουμε για το μέλλον, το μέλλον... που ήδη συμβαίνει, και είναι αρκετό προβλέψιμο σε όλους μας.

- 150.000.000 θέσεις εργασίας θα χαθούν σε λιγότερο από 10 χρόνια από τώρα παγκοσμίως.

- Περισσότερο από το 65% των νέων ανθρώπων με πτυχίο ή πρώτο πτυχίο, ήδη ψάχνουν για θέσεις εργασίας για δουλειές που θα εκλείψουν και δεν θα υπάρχει καμία ανταπόκριση.

- Από όλες τις μεγάλες εταιρείες παγκοσμίως, 7 στους 10 νέους υποψήφιους ζητούνται να έχουν μεγάλες γνώσεις στη ψηφιακή τεχνολογία, και 1 στους 3 δεν έχει καμία εμπειρία.

- Μετά το 2030 που τα ρομπότ θα μπουν στη ζωή μας σε μεγάλη κλίμακα, έχει υπολογιστεί παγκοσμίως θα εκλείψουν περίπου 800.000.000 θέσεις εργασίας από ανθρώπινο δυναμικό.

Αυτό είναι το μέλλον και το γνωρίζουμε από τώρα.

- Η Γεωργία από την άλλη, που όλοι εμείς υπηρετούμε σήμερα είναι ένας πάρα πολύ δυνατός τομέας, αλλά θα είναι πολύ πιο δυνατός τομέας στο άμεσο μέλλον, δηλαδή η γεωργία είναι μια σχετικά ασφαλής επιλογή για τα επόμενα χρόνια και είναι ένας χώρος που χωράει όλους μας, ανεξάρτητα από μορφωτικό επίπεδο, ανεξάρτητα από οικονομικό ή από κοινωνικό status. Είναι ένας χώρος που χωράει όλους μας, αρκεί να καταλάβουμε ότι πλέον το business as usual -να το πω στα ελληνικά -δεν ισχύει από εδώ και πέρα.

Η Γεωργία 4.0 όπως λέγεται, “Tο Μοντέλο Γεωργίας 4.0” δεν είναι μελλοντολογία, συμβαίνει δίπλα μας, συμβαίνει γύρω μας αυτή τη στιγμή και στηρίζεται ουσιαστικά σε πολλά πράγματα που έχουν σχέση με το οικοσύστημα και η ψηφιακή ιδιαίτερα γεωργία, δηλαδή η «Ευφυής Γεωργία», ουσιαστικά παγκοσμίως αλλάζει τον τρόπο που αντιλαμβανόμαστε πράγματα, αλλάζει τον τρόπο που επεξεργαζόμαστε τις πληροφορίες και γενικά θα υπηρετεί στο μέλλον ακόμα περισσότερο το χρυσό κανόνα “more with less”, π.χ. να κερδίζουμε περισσότερα με μικρότερες παραγωγές, αυτό θα είναι το μοντέλο που θα επικρατήσει στο μέλλον.

Από την άλλη, στην Ελληνική Γεωργία, να σας δώσω ένα παράδειγμα για κάποιες χώρες που έχουν σχετικά το ίδιο μέγεθος με τη δικιά μας χώρα, η Ολλανδία παραδείγματος χάρη, παράγει μέσο όρο ανά στρέμμα 1750 ευρώ/στρέμμα,αξία. Το Ισραήλ, με λιγότερες εκτάσεις από την Ελλάδα παράγει 1250 ευρώ/ στρέμμα. Η Ελλάδα σήμερα παράγει μέσο όρο 190 ευρώ/στρέμμα.

Επίσης όπως ξέρετε, η γεωργία πριν από πολλά χρόνια, (από 20 χρόνια), ήταν αν θυμάμαι καλά στο 18-20% του ΑΕΠ, σήμερα είναι στο 3% του ΑΕΠ, του ελληνικού ακαθάριστου προϊόντος, αυτό είναι το ποσοστό.

Οι πόροι που έρχονται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση στη Ελλάδα, το 50% αυτών πηγαίνει σε λιγότερο από το 4% του ΑΕΠ, δηλαδή η γεωργία με 2-3% που είναι σήμερα στο ΑΕΠ απορροφά περίπου το 50% των κοινοτικών πόρων.

Τι σημαίνει αυτό; και γιατί γίνεται αυτό;........
