Every so often, I put together a playlist featuring some of my favorite artists I've encountered. The goal is to circulate new sounds and introduce people to the creators. For this reason, I call the playlist Refractions; the action of light/radio waves being deflected and redirected.

Given the current state of things, I though now would be a great time for volume 4.
