The good: James Spader killing it as Ultron. The inspired use of "I've Got No Strings" (even if the whole creepy child song thing is a bit played). A fucking Hulk-Buster Ironman suit in action. The Meh: More inter-team conflict (get it together, guys!) Joss Whedon's TV-esque directing style. Ultron's Michael Bay Decepticon face. The Bad: Kick-Ass as Quicksilver and the whispy special effect.

I doubt it's a two part movie unless Avengers 3 has both Ultron and Thanos (and it looks like they can barely handle Ultron). But if there's a part 2 they should call it Avengers The Return of the Revenge of Ultron RISES
