Blue Jazz TV is a Brooklyn-based band/songwriting team formed in 2009 by Max Zuckerman and Adrian Knight. After a series of home-recorded albums they joined forces with multi-instrumentalist David Lackner and released "Assholes" (Galtta Media, 2015). BJTV continues an ongoing collaboration with vocalist Billy G. Robinson. Mr. Robinson launched his career in music after leaving his home in Jacksonville, Florida and moving to New York in 1978. He became the lead singer for the group B.T. Express in 1980, and shifted into music production around 1997. He enjoyed a solo career with Apollo/Motown records throughout the 80s. The group is frequently joined by Michael Advensky (drums/percussion) and Alice Cohen (vocals) both for studio work and live performances. 

The group recently celebrated the release of two 12" records on Hunka Vinyl with a tour of the Southeast and a special performance at Magick City in Brooklyn.
