2002, the journey starts. A journey that led so far to collaborating with Tiësto, NERVO, Tujamo, TNT, Plastik Funk, being supported by the likes of Martin Garrix, The Chainsmokers, Hardwell, Diplo, Alok (just to name a few), as well as remixing Bob Sinclar, Martin Solveig, Jonas Blue, Burak Yeter, VIZE (once again, to name a few). Add thousands of dancefloors rocked all over Europe, Asia, the States (…and sure, his very own Italy, as he’s one of the most in-demand DJs there).

This resume speaks volumes itself, but it’s not (only) about names, numbers, hits: even though there’s actually plenty of them, like for instance the blazing covers of “Children”, “Show Me Love” (Robin S graced this re-work with her voice), “Sandstorm”, “Get Get Down”, or the track “The Drop” alongside Tiësto, DJs from Mars and Da Brozz.

It’s not only about that, though. It’s mostly about being so enthusiastic and dedicated since day one. It’s mostly about seeing music and deejaying as a means for feeling good, for discovering things, surprises and emotions. It’s mostly about being so obsessive about details, and so focused on empathy with dancefloors and dancing minds at the same time. Rudeejay is a treasure himself: you’ll see that’s not just empty words, once you realize how hectic his schedule is and how truly loved and deeply appreciated he is by his fans.

Since 2002, yes. Facts speaking. But still feeling like he’s at the very beginning of an extraordinary and surprising journey. There lies the secret. There shines Rudeejay.

In 2010 with the release of their remix of “Inna - Hot”, that topped 1st positions of many club charts for several weeks, they attract the attention of international producers and labels, which leads them to have requests for remixes and collaborations from the likes of, Lil Jon & LMFAO, Dj Antoine, Alexandra Stan, Serebro, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Laurent Wolf, Bimbo Jones, Gabry Ponte, VINAI and many more.....

Starring also behind the decks of some of the most important european clubs, like  “Altromondo Studios - Rimini" --  "Privilege - Ibiza" -- “Pacha – Ibiza”-- "El Divino - Palma De Mallorca" -- “Pyramid - Gozo (Malta)” -- "Vanilla Club - Riazzino (Svizzera)" -- “Bollwerk - Graz (Austria)”

Bringing Ecstatic Dance to countless countries, he has been a key role in spreading this freeform dance experience across the globe. Kareem is widely considered as the founder of the European Ecstatic Dance sound, a signature fusion that has influenced not only Europe but ecstatic dance communities worldwide.
Born with Dutch/Moroccan roots and trained as a professional contemporary dancer in Amsterdam, Kareem first spoke through movement. But when he shifted from being on stage in theatres to leading the dance floor through sound, he found his true calling. For over two decades, Kareem has traveled the world, spreading the essence of Ecstatic Dance, being a driving force in the global conscious dance scene and setting dance floors ablaze with music that is unmistakably his. ♥Tikki Masala is a multi-genre music producer, DJ, and ecstatic dance facilitator, known for blending ancient sounds with modern electronic production.

After traveling through India in 2005, Tikki Masala became deeply inspired by the rich textures and spiritual depth of Indian classical music. His productions weave traditional instruments such as sitar, tabla, santoor, sarod, flute, tanpura, harmonium, and vocals together with electronic beats, synthesizers, drums, and layered percussion.

Field recordings gathered across India—bhajans, kirtans, mantras, street musicians, jam sessions, concerts, nature recordings, and temple soundscapes—are fused with psychedelic, hypnotic electronics, driving rhythms, and deep basslines, creating immersive sonic journeys.

Over time, his sound evolved into a global fusion of World Beat, Tribal, Ethno, Downtempo, Native Beat, Global Bass, and Dance Music, influenced by cultures and musical traditions from around the world.

Dance became a central element of his path after discovering Ecstatic Dance, where movement revealed itself as a powerful tool for personal, emotional, physical, and spiritual transformation—a space of freedom, authenticity, and deep connection.

In 2014, answering the call to share this experience, he founded Ecstatic Dance at The Source, Arambol (India). Since then, Tikki Masala has played and facilitated ecstatic dance events across India, Europe, Russia, Thailand, Bali, and beyond—offering others the same transformative exploration through music, movement, and embodied presence.

Our productions are intentional gatherings, follow an energetic journey-arch, have a minimum time-length or one hour and incorporate professionally curated and mixed global electronic sounds and tracks to uplift the spirit and inspire free-form dancing.
