This song features an "Intergalactic" Beastie Boys sample and also samples from a conversation recorded over dinner with my roommate Arnand. Arnand is an age-less, bearded, mythical wonder from England who often shares meals with Tash and I. Our conversations are super fun and tend to jump all over the place. Arnand can talk about anything and he is full of quotables so I attempted to do so here. 

When I played Arnand the song he took the headphones off and asked me when the introduction was going to be over...I was like, "Yo, the song is like practically done my man!" He thought there was going to be singing at some point...

Numbers never lie! This is "side B" of the digital '45 I released last year. 100% original music. All live samples. The song represents an exploration of numbers. I was born on August 18th. Within the 5 Percenter philosophy, 1 represents "knowledge" and 8 represents "build and destroy." Put them both together and it can be seen as "the knowledge of how to build and destroy."
