The Civilian from Team Fortress 2 Classic technically takes the role of Spamton.
The Demoman from Team Fortress 2 technically takes the role of Kris.
The Demogorgon from Stranger Things technically takes the role of Susie.
Guido Mista from Jojo Part 5 technically takes the role of Ralsei.
The Mega Simon Robot 4000 from the Yogsquest 2 series technically takes the place of the NEO body.

With Demoman's help (as in he did all the work), The Civilian betrays him and programs the giant battle robot to defend him and kill Demo and his squad, just so he doesn't have to pay him by the end of it all.

Even though the robot is huge and powerful, it is extremely worn-out and basically falling apart. Despite this, all of its weapons are pretty much functional and are pretty strong. 

With where the robot was kept, there was also a whole bunch of random smaller robots with a striking resemblance to all the other mercs on RED team, which also join in to kill the lads.

During all of this, The Civilian is just sitting back and throwing money into the fight, which makes projectiles harder to see, and if that money is touched by the smaller robots, it lets them deal more damage if they manage to land a hit.

The Demo gang are all pretty offense based, with Demoman having a decent heal with his scrumpy and the other two having damaging abilities or something like that.
