Introducing CR017 - Larkspur EP. Flora.noise returns to the label with their debut EP. Emerging from the shadows of the forest comes four tracks. Diving deep into the darkness, and being brought to a courage state of healing and protection on the other side.
The first three are dedicated to three deadly herbs, "Larkspur", "Wolfsbane", "Nightshade Fever"."Rowan" the final track represents the light on the other side, representing courage, strength & wisdom through the pain of the deadly herbs.
These four tracks tell a story through eclectic and crisp drums, deep system shaking bass, and forward thinking atmospheres. Flora.noise comes from a strong foundation of good intentions and unique and quality productions, we couldn't help but welcome them back. Join us in celebrating the debut EP from this special project.

After his well-received 'Humans In Unison EP,' Ape Suit progresses further into the Jah-Tek catalogue with another 4-track EP packed with grit and weight.

'Tomorrow Or The Next Life EP' signals a more sinister tone from the Sydney-based producer as he continues to tear apart the bass music realm with intricate percussive elements, twisted sound design, and low-end pressure.

To start the EP off, we have the title track 'Tomorrow Or The Next Life,' a composition that explodes with deep sub movement and bursting leads, both of which intricately interweave as the track advances.

Next up, 'Dream Within A Dream' drops in with full clout, rotating between falling wobble bass lines and thick rasps, accompanied by Ape Suit's unique percussive fills and rolling hats.

Track 3, 'These Few Specks Of Time,' drops down to 130bpm with a serious combination of rolling subs, tribal percussion, and metallic melodics that fuel the track's spectral tonality.

Finally, track 4, 'Stars In Broad Daylight,' concludes the EP with a stripped-back bass arrangement enriched with space, husky sound design, and sinister atmospherics.

The 'Tomorrow Or The Next Life EP' is set to exclusively release on Bandcamp on the 16th of February, followed by availability on all other platforms on February 23rd.

We all know that the Belgian’s have been making tonnes of waves lately.. Netsky & Eptic are just 2 examples. But you can add Brownz & Requake to that list aswell. Requake is a name we’re all familiar with now ever since they released their infamous Waterdrops EP last year. Brownz may be the new kid on the block but is making SERIOUS waves for himself. After his mighty Padawan release on Broken (run by DJ Murdock) We felt it was time to show you this guy’s productions. 
The EP starts off with “Creep” a track that has been creeping into a lot of people their playlists already. And no wonder because the Brownz & Requake combo fits perfectly here. Its dark, wobbely and sounds like Dubstep should be.. Dark, murky and dangerous. Brownz goes solo on the next one entitled “They Don’t Sleep” a serious chest rattler if there ever was one. Heavy kicks and a pounding sub is the order of the day here.. And one of the many reasons you should keep your eye out for this fellow! Requake are taking on the remix duties for “They Don’t Sleep” and turning it into a straight up dark one. Again this one takes you back into the golden oldie days that we love so much. And now we know why again. Just subs and beats… rrrrr
