Welcome to p/n. how are you daniel?
Ztrl: I feel good, thanks! Peace and harmony here.

Your first official release will be on PNR003. Any incoming releases?
Ztrl: I'm in contact with several vinyl labels, some of them have my tracks already, some of them are waiting for my tunes, so if everything goes well I will have some records out in the second part of 2013. 

You improved your music making skills a lot in the past few years. What is your current approach to music production?
Ztrl: The start is really hard to an artist like me. I've had the ideas in my head for ages, but I didn't have the right equipment or knowledge to produce them easily. So first I had to learn a lot on how to create these tunes, with my limited resources. Of course this is not the end of the road. The approach is the same, I try to show my feelings and thoughts in my music, add something from myself into my works.

Music for meditation... how and why?
Ztrl: I made this set half a year ago, for meditation. I always search new ways to find harmony and peace, and this set was made to help me channel out from the week's daily routine. Sit down, watch a sunrise/sunset, or just close your eyes and let your mind run free. 

Future plans?
Ztrl: I would like to finish those vinyl projects first, then I would like to test myself as a dj, step by step, on limited parties etc...
And meanwhile I would like to move from here to Vienna/Berlin/London, find a better job, make new friends, and be a part of the best parties there.

Pluie/Noir Podcast 035 - "Fall Apart" by Kashawar

After three years of running Down Under London, Ken & Davy decided to take a break from organising events in the capital, to fully focus on their productions and DJ-ing. In their musical journey the duo uses synths, drum machines and vintage analog effect units to create warm and modern sounds which they believe have gone missing in the digital era of music production. After thorough experimenting to find their own sound and many late nights in the studio, they are now looking forward to release their first records.

Ken & Davy continue their monthly residency at Fuse Brussels, at their own Down Under parties, where they have been sharing the decks with the likes of Rhadoo, Fumiya Tanaka, Sonja Moonear, Vera, etc. Catch them on Friday at Cymatic in London.

Joey Anderson from NYC first surfaced on our radar from his track Oval provided on Dj Qu’s Strength Music imprint back in 2008 for the Exchange Place Cold Case Files EP. Joey has now started to push out releases on his own label Inimeg Recordings which see  releases guided by the stars and constellations at night as the labels inspiration comes from the Gemini star sign spelt backward. More recently the first release on Joey’s 2011 Inimeg Recordings release Organisms featuring Joey himself and Dj Qu pushing that intricate drum programming, subtle mood changes and details that align and traverse like shooting stars and stripes made out in the sky has been captured by many and represented in many online reviews ,Dj charts, mixes, blogs and further

We are back with a new mix for our podcast series, this time with a slightly different approach. This is a Live set recording from Chris Geschwindner, a very young Frankfurt based producer, who was also featured in our latest release on UndersoundLAB, with this track "Cirrus".

This live recording is entirely composed by  Chris's own tracks, most of it still unreleased. We really like this artist's style, and we are quite impressed considering he is only 21 years old and was able to put a live set together like this one.

We truly hope you will enjoy this mix, and be sure you will be hearing more of Chris Geschwinder's music from us in the future ;)
