Bringing awareness to depression and anxiety i made this song called "HELP" that touches on the feeling of not wanting help. The thought that if you isolate your problems from people, then maybe you won't feel like a sad burden on them. A lot of people feel this way. I've experienced this. Fact is, carrying all of that weight is one big invisible cancer to your mental health. Allowing yourself to open up to close ones is one of many antidotes. The idea of this song is to be mindful of other peoples mental health just like your own!
