TM Studios have recorded a brand new set of music themes for military charity and media organisation, BFBS (British Forces Broadcasting Service). The 10 themes cover the range of music playlisted on BFBS Radio’s channels and can now be heard on their transmissions in 16 countries around the world.

Included in the package are beds and sounders for BFBS’s music shows, themes, news, and information programmes, plus special music for the station’s weekly chart countdown.

Sam Bailey, BFBS Deputy Director, said: “We were ready to refresh the sound of BFBS, and after a competitive pitch process, we were confident that TM Studios were the right partner to help us evolve our on-air branding. Working with Chris and the TM team was a pleasure; they not only created a fantastic set of music tracks but also worked with us on selecting new station voices and integrating them with the themes. We couldn’t be happier with the result.”

Chris Stevens, TM Studios Chief Production Officer said: “Both BFBS and TM share a long lineage of broadcasting and audio, in fact TM produced some iconic jingle packages for BFBS back in the early 90s. So when Sam and his team shared their brief with us, we were excited to bring it to life. We’re proud to be on air with The Forces Station, and look forward to a long partnership.”

The new jingles are now on air, along with new station voices Debbie Mac and Rio Attoh-Wood.

Today, I made my version of a radio jingle inspired by TM Productions (nowadays as TM Studios) for Rádio 97 FM. This time I used the "Full Force" package as an example.

The custom-made version of this jingle was recorded and arranged by K2 • PLAY using Logic Pro.

The jingle can be sung in whatever language you like best and it should fit perfectly with Popular music (Country), Pop/Rock or Classic Hits-formatted radio stations.
