One of my first loves in studio work was singing Radio ID Jingles. My friend Erik Huber began Reelworld Productions in Seattle in 1995. He asked me to put together some singers in Nashville, where I lived at the time, and we did our first jingle package for Kiss 108 in Boston.

22 years later, Reelworld has become the biggest ID jingle company in the world, customizing identification jingles for stations in nearly every country around the globe, and in their respective languages, and I’m still singing hundreds per month. I still love those harmonies, and the power that these little IDs deliver! The Reelworld team are some of the best people in the world!

Donau 3 FM takes Chicago inspiration from ReelWorld

Chicago may be famous for being the home of Soul music, but it also does well when it comes to making great radio.

And it’s Chicago that Ulm based broadcaster, Donau 3 FM, has looked toward for their new ReelWorld jingle package. The station has launched a new sound, direct from the iconic Chicago radio station, 93.9 Lite FM.

Produced by ReelWorld, the world’s leading jingle and imaging provider, ReelWorld ONE AC was re-sung with German vocalists and re-worked to include the Baden-Württemberg broadcaster’s existing sonic logo.

The station joins a host of others across Germany airing ReelWorld jingles including 104.6 RTL Berlin, bigFM in Stuttgart and 95.5 Charivari Munich. Later this summer, the company launches a new custom package on Bayern 3 in Bavaria.
