The second Various Artists compilation on Undertone brings together eight producers from across the US. Each track contributes a distinct voice, from hypnotic grooves and atmospheric textures to harder-edged percussion and driving low-end. Together, they form a cohesive showcase of the label's direction: forward-thinking, floor-tested, and rooted in the raw energy of different flavors of techno.

Across its eight tracks, UTVA002 shifts between deep tension, sharp energy, and moments of release, reflecting the range of moods found in the late-night hours. It's a compilation that captures the individuality of each artist while highlighting the shared spirit that drives Undertone forward.

Access to clean water, medical care, financial aid, the possibility of having a safe and warm home - all of this is everyday life for us, but yet it’s a privilege. Millions of people around the world are fleeing from hunger, war or from economic hardship. At camps like Moria on the Greek island of lesbos, people are currently trying to survive in a confined space - without the privileges that we take for granted.

As a collective, we decided to use our music to show some solidarity. 
This one is my contribution to the @gutterloops soli compilation.
