The second addition to our new "Striktly" series continues with the one and only Burial, Burial, Burial... For those who don't know, "Striktly" is a series on this label with free remixes of tracks from all over the music spectrum.

Inspired by the 15 years after his LP Untrue came out, I went a bit back in history and decided to re-make one of my favorite tracks from the same named South London Boroughs EP of his, the first appearance on Hyperdub and in general out in the wild.

Even though the original track itself flares rave all over the place, this one is twisted into an intense club setting where unlike Burial with his grid-less approach, this one will be a steady and constant drive in every mix of the courageous DJ ready to play this tune.

The remake is simple, it's containing only the elements from the original track — all twisted, fucked and some even left clean as is — in proper hyper-dub fashion that is, hehe. Long live dub, long live rave!

All Striktly remixes are completely made from scratch during one-night sessions, replacing the "1N Remix" titles from DJ Bazootka.

The old temple stood tall amidst the towering trees of the mysterious jungle, wild animals moved quickly between the trees and chirping birds danced amidst the backdrop of a deep blue sky which overlooked it all. Walking towards the old ruin he began to wonder how much it had taken to build such a magnificent feat of architecture, how many workers had slaved away and did they ever see the glory of the end. It was a magnificent beast but not one worth death... Soon night would fall and it would be time to explore...

Bear Bones, Lay Low delivers an eclectic EP made up of wandering percussion, rogue soundscapes and weirdness for the newly launched label OK SPIRIT - an imprint run by N.I.B., Kilian Paterson and DJ Neewt. It features a club focussed remix from Dj Plead.
