Moving On...

You know a friend is someone who has the distinct characteristics to whom you can love with an undying passion, and one whom you can hate with an unsatisfying taste of jealousy. Whether, or not, they can make beautiful music together is, well... not for me to say, but I will lay my testimony in this brief interlude. Thank you.

I do not come from a musical family, yet I consider myself to be a Musician. I first became interested in music around 14-15 years of age.It was while at a summer camp that I began playing the piano in the dining room before and after every meal. I would sit with my friends and we would all share what we knew, some of us more advanced than others. Soon after that I found myself sneaking off to play piano while all my friends were off playing sports. I eventually wound up in sports and so the music took a hiatus. I was out of high school, now, and some friends and I would get together and have "sessions" in somebodies room and when one of the guys got hold to some equipment, and that's when I knew what I wanted to do. After that I determined that  I would do the same thing. I started with just a keyboard I'd bought from Montgomery Ward, a used drum machine from a pawn shop and a 4 track tape recorder. To mix I used a Stereo that I'd won previously as a contestant on a short lived MTV game show called "Web Riot." I landed a job as an apprentice to a professional musician who had a studio and a warehouse in the South Bay. Soon I began working in his warehouse making Tapes and CD's.This experience has been invaluable to my a career. I did that for a few years and then decided I wanted to travel the world to study and living off the land and find my center. Turns out for the next few years I would criss-cross back and forth the United States, engrossed in the music, the language, and the people, of the various regions I explored. Most of all I discoverd my true love is for life and all its inhabitants.
