Note: 'Psychedelic Dance Well Shadow' - is spelled downwards on the left hand side. Strangely, this form of writing does limit your scope, however it makes a decision for you on every line so in a way it can help your flow as you are forced into a foundation for every sentence and not left with thinking of everything each time for each line. You have direction. This can remove writing blockages sometimes. Having technical reasons that inspire can sometimes be as important as your intuition when deciding on an idea. The technicality you bring in can always activate your intuition so I'd recommend considering it as a kick starter if ideas aren't coming your way. Add to that, the technique  encourages poetic licence so gets the imagination running in different directions so it's excellent brain food

Scrollin thru for names of folks I used to know
Ragged yearbook on my table showed my grade nine class
Every face was now encircled to the second last..

There she was - old Betty Harper - she just made the list
I picked up the magic marker that I use for this
When I drew the line around her things were near complete
Now the only one not circled was a teen-aged me

My old SC mate Micah played drums to test a friend’s recording set, and sent me some cuts full of improvised breaks and tempos. I love time changes, yet this was really challenging!

I finally chose two of them and jammed with bass until I learnt his story telling.
Then, I clicked on the red button, again and again.
