Fontana is the pseudonym for the rap artist HaZe. This name is what HaZe goes by for producing hip hop beats. Fontana, or HaZe, has been working with music since his early high school years starting off mixing and mastering vocals while rapping with other artist he was attending school with. He was originally born in Providence, Rhode Island and moved to Florida when he was in his mid-teens. His style is unorthodox compared to many different artist. He tends to rap more about lifestyle situations and is not ashamed to say that he is not one of the riches dudes around. He's had struggles ranging from growing up and dealing with mental health issues, drug abuse, and in 2010 right after turning 20 years old spending 15 months incarcerated mixed with a heavy duty type of probation for several felony charges. After all the events that have taken place in his life he wishes to stay on the right path and dedicate his time to family, school, music, and working on several other future goals. He is open to working with other artist and believes music should not be limited to a handful of people and that working with music should be open to anyone who has a passion in pursuing that dream.
