From Paris with Techno ! Taapion records is back with a second compilation: Four tracks made in the French Capital city with Shlømo, Francois X, PVNV & Birth Of Frequency. 
 
Fisrt comes «Radioactive Sin» from one of the label owner: Shlømo. The track has an uptight rythm, giving a feeling of pressure with  hopless pads on top. Like an empty landscape  after a nuclear war.
 
Francois X is standing on A2 with «Dreaming Of The Tesseract». He is building up a hudge loop with the Devil’s tension and driving the cinematics Leads as an Horror movie director. 
 
Just flip the record and you’ll find an other Taapion records owner on B1 : PVNV. He’s travelling again In a deep and atmospheric techno. An amazing journey into the center of a dream where techno is a religion.
 
Birth Of Frequency is closing the record on B2. With «Child» he decided to recreate his own vision of Taapion records.
With that amazing Pad, wich is almost there all the time in the track, Simon aka Birth Frequency catch you on the Techno highway and gives you strong emotions.

Another EP that shows his skills & deep affinity with the Detroit sound, he blew our mind again with his tremendous honest analog sound & brilliant arrangement.

This Four tracker contains only floor tracks full of 909 drums, brilliant patterns & groove baselines with the touch of the Juno machine. 

"Explorer" will grab your attention from the beginning till the end it all. Moving hips alert!
"Terraform" is an extension of the Exploration. Yet, more funky, groove, … this track will get the audience swiped of their feet in no time. Great set filler.

On the B-side, Binny takes it to a whole other level. "Minimise" is a combination of repetitive drums with a stripped & highly mental stabbed synth that will turn people in to zombies. Killer for the floor. Up there with the big boys, if you ask us.

The more gentle & sweet melodic track "Alpha Juno" is a great tribute to the magnificent machine by Roland.
Fits every DJ set for sure.

Over the course of the past five years, Amsterdam based label Indigo Aera has evolved in to one of the most trustworthy and respected contemporary Detroit techno labels around.

In October 2016, @IndigoAera embarks on their biggest release to date: a limited edition 5 LP box-set. The Lost Archives Special consists of unreleased tracks from absolute legends, to music that has never been released in a physical form before, to fresh compositions of techno’s most talented contemporary artists. This is the premiere of 500 Models (demo mix) by Joris Voorn.

Amsterdam based Keith Carnal has in recent years become seen as somewhat of a tastemaker in today’s world of techno. It might not then come as a big surprise to you that he has also become a favoured producer among many who are seen as “techno mainstay”, gaining support from numerous of his own musical inspirations and champions. Carnal, who grew up in a very musical home in the northern part of Holland, found techno at an early age when he began sourcing and selecting on his own. Techno was, and very much is, the first music that made a deep impression on Keith. This feeling only went on to become more cemented after a few years of composing on his own. It simply became clearer and clearer that Carnal is exactly where he belongs.

Keith’s own style of techno always has a strong emphasis on melodies and groove - it is made for dancing no doubt. Often the melody creates a rather ominous feeling for the listener, but with a certain melancholy to it. This is weighed up expertly with Keith focusing on the tracks being driven forward by strong percussion elements. His compositions contain a fresh vibe that immerses his audience as much as it does with his fellow producer and DJ colleagues. 

Carnal’s own productions very much goes hand in hand with the selections he makes as a DJ. A set of Keith’s always focuses on keeping the tempo and the groove up and going. Classic productions are mixed confidently with more current ones. His sets flourish with tracks that are atmospheric and contain strong melodic segments - tracks where percussion and bass play a major part in why being selected. For Keith Carnal creating the right groove is the main target. This year will see Keith releasing several strong productions as well as continuing his extensive international touring schedule, where he is headlining many of the major festivals and clubs. Keith Carnal is a fresh wind in today’s techno climate.
