On October the 20th I received a phone call that completely left me shattered. Not only had I just been my father, my best friend, my Midas’s was gone…but that he had been dead since the 17th-the day before my birthday. From that point on I began searching for answers, and looking for peace. Music is the only coping mechanism I have that is non violent, so I chose to write out my feelings during this time and came out with 22 of the most beautiful songs I’ve ever made. Here’s just a few. This project was for me-but I hope it speaks to at least one other person. And let it be your reminder to RUN TO THE FATHER above when things get tuff! And maybe these songs might help you as you go through your own losses
