The debut artist album of eleven.five, the Virginia native who we affectionately know as Eric Fox, has truly been a lifetime in the making. We, at Silk Music, have had the privilege of co-piloting the last five years of eleven.five's musical journey, as his memorable lead themes and innovative grooves have found their way into the hands of Above & Beyond, Armin van Buuren, and various other esteemed international purveyors of house, progressive, and trance. From the deep, noir-tinged "Echo" to the euphoric, celestially inspired "Explanation," eleven.five's classics seem to have drawn from myriad influences and subgenres of electronic music.

His triumphant "When People Become Numbers" artist album continues to showcase his immense musical creativity and versatility. Thumping, yet emotive club-friendly cuts are punctuated by more pensive, deep-flavored compositions, including several cinematic and timeless chillout pieces. An exceedingly talented cast of electronic music veterans co-author a few chapters of eleven.five's aural narrative, namely: Arielle Maren, LTN, Dan Sieg, Sundrowner, and Incognito Soul.

"In such a digital world we live in these days, I often feel like we are destined to eventually be looked at as a number instead of an individual person. The title, 'When People Become Numbers,' encourages me to stay me, discover myself, and stay away from becoming just another number. Hate Myself

Wilma Nea has been playing and writing music for as long as she can remember and the piano has always been a big part of it. In fact, at one point she even considered becoming a professional pianist. But her urge to tell stories and write original material took over and Wilma Nea was born. 

It didn’t take long for the Swedish press to take notice of Wilmas music because there’s something about it that feels so natural, yet hauntingly original. During 2020 she released the stand out debut EP ‘Issues’ which got support from media such as NBHAP and P3. This fall she followed it up with a new single - ‘Stalemate’. On the track she continued to showcase her talent for understated but meaningful songwriting as The Line of Best Fit put it. 

In December she’s putting out her next single ‘Part Of A Club’ where she continues to build on her previous work. “The track is about wanting to feel included, and changing yourself and your opinions to fit in.” Wilma says. The track is also accompanied by a music video that was directed by Ebba G. Ågren.

2020 breakout artist 'Murge' recently returned with more of his signature sound, releasing the immediately celebrated single ‘Alone Together’. Now, up & coming buzz act Jacana People (UK) has put their unique spin on the track. A recent favorite at BBC & Radio One, Jacana People’s sound fuses genres like organic house, melodic idm, and downtempo. Coming December 03, ‘Alone Together (Jacana People Remix)’ will release on Loci Records.
