Born in Kingston, Jamaica as Richard St. Aubyn Evans.  RicXh is the product of hard work. With a grandmother that raised his 9 aunts and uncles by herself, with only the money made from farming, he was able to see first hand how Hustle begats Happiness...  Upon first immigrating to Rahway, New Jersey at a very young age, he lived in a very rough neighborhood within proximity to the Rahway Prison and as a result saw violence outside his home regularly for the first time. Fights and thefts became common place. After the flood of 1992, where he and is mother had to be evacuated by boat, they moved further inland to the Essex County section of northern New Jersey. Moving around several cities until his mother married and settled in the Irvington/East Orange area, RicXh saw much of the urban life of New Jersey first hand including the local stars on his block , Treach and Naughty by Nature. The corner of Tremont and Brookwood in East Orange, NJ was a frequent spot for drug activity and car thefts and with his constant troubles in the several schools he attended, his parents sacrificed heavily to move the family to a better neighborhood in West Orange, New Jersey. Trouble, however, seemed to follow RicXh as he found himself at odds with his school and his stepfather so much so that his mother sacrificed again, divorcing his father and moving herself and her child to the south side of Atlanta, GA. Having no friends or family there other than his mother, RicXh spent much of his time by his self listening to music, an escape from reality that he grew to appreciate. He became heavily entranced by artists like UGK, T.I., and Outkast, while holding strong to his roots of loving to hear Biggie, Jay-Z, TuPac and Jadakiss regularly. After arduously graduating Lovejoy High School  in Lovejoy, GA, he spent a short time in the Army then came home to attend college at Clayton State University where he is still a student. Today after a long road of searching, he acknowledges a long road ahead and finds his music as an outlet of emotions on everything ranging from his own personal life to his view of the country he has grown to love.
