Coreoscope is a term we have invented to describe our new core collection inspired from the light reflection toy kaliedescope ! In the context of music, we use Coreoscope to present different aspects of dark and core sounds that challenge traditional perceptions of hard and fast music genres.

By utilizing Coreoscope as a sound toy or mechanism , we aim to create a unique imaginerium for listeners, breaking down their prejudices and introducing them to new forms of perception through our music. Just like how a reflection can changes from different angles, VA Coreoscope aims to transform and evolve, drawing the listener into a new and immersive experience.

The concept of Coreoscope opens up a world of possibilities, where listeners can explore mind-bending sounds and textures that blend elements of darkness and core with colorful reflections. currently working on this one. Hoping to release around the Solar Eclipse. The inspiration for this one is from the Solar Eclipse story of my Choctaw ancestors.
In the Choctaw Nation, people associated the darkness of an eclipse with a mischievous black squirrel (Fvni Lusa). As the dark ring emerged in the sky, they believed a black squirrel was trying to eat the sun, their source of heat and illumination. Naturally, this deeply frightened the Choctaw people. However, because squirrels are easily startled by loud noises, the Choctaw would try to scare it away. Some would scream and yell at the top of their lungs, wave their arms, and ring loud bells. The children would bang pots and pans making as much noise as possible. Some of the men would stand at attention and fire their bows and/or rifles at the sky toward the ever-advancing fvni lusa. The Choctaw would also use music in an effort to drive away the hungry squirrel. As you can imagine, with all of this commotion, the animals would be frightened as well. Dogs would bark, horses would stir, and all means of calamity would ensue. With the slow progression of the eclipse, the Native Americans might continue this uproar for a few hours in some cases. Eventually, the eclipse would subside, and the Choctaw people would celebrate having scared the hungry black squirrel away.
