People of Earth is UNC Chapel Hill-based Progressive rock outfit.  Our unique sound combines elements of funk, math rock, jazz and jam band improvisation.  We believe and try our best to perpetuate the idea that one must not only wiggle their toes in ecstasy upon hearing music, but simultaneously engage and grapple with the music in order to absorb its healing essence.
