“Don’t Lie To Me” takes a gentle poke at everyone who hasn’t been entirely honest during Dreamcoaster’s 6 formative years, the song features singer Jane and writer/instrumentalist Andrew Craig embraced in a gently argumentative vocal duet.

It's been quite a year for Seattle's semigaze band Guest Directors, with multiple bouts of sickness - including two instances of COVID - that resulted in their first ever canceled shows, plus two surgeries, plus a trip to the ER, plus a move, plus totaling a car on the West Seattle Bridge on the way to band practice.

But even as dark as their music can be much of the time, there's a general underlying positivity in their personal connection that has helped keep them together, creating, and moving forward for over ten years now. This is illustrated on the new single, “Keep a Fresh Eye.”

The song was written and recorded at the same time and place as the rest of the songs on their recent album, Interference Patterns. Look for it everywhere on November 1, 2024.
