Taylor Bratches (she/they) seeks to explore and transmit an emotional experience through sound. Her sets aim to fuse genres and find hybrid spaces, by blending acid, electro, DnB, jungle, broken techno, IDM, bass and more. She aims to move people physically and spiritually, creating a dance floor experience that is both terrestrial and extraterrestrial. 

This mix, recorded for the most recent Acid Camp live stream, came out of a need to express and experience catharsis, and to connect with the body. They used this opportunity to showcase their current obsessions, leaning heavily into leftfield spaces, dubstep and various styles of bass music.

A broken banger from the very strong release on @ufoseries, and a lovely slice of deepness by @danieli_whs on another new label discovery - @lowless-music. (thx James @jonnoandtommo). Yet another breathtaking track from Versalife @conforce, taken from his EP on @2020visionrecordings. An overlooked lesser spotted dark & melodic gem from @jamesruskin-blueprint. 2 brilliant cuts from some very strong releases on @wellstreet. 2 amazing tracks from the latest ‘Unseen Forces’ EP on @pi-gao-movement. Both sides of the amazing recent VC-118A @mohlao release on @delsinrecords. Today, we’re traveling to Detroit and connecting with iconic DJ and producer DJ Stingray. Stingray’s Unsung choice is Keith Tucker, the Detroit producer and co-founder of Aux 88, whose alias’ include DJ K-1, Optic Nerve and Alien FM. Tucker played an integral part in the story of Detroit techno, yet his story and influence remains unknown to many.&nbsp;

DJ Stingray speaks to journalist and broadcaster Christine Kakaire about Detroit motorcycle clubs, Tucker tracks which knock the floor out and what it means to “keep the funk”.
