Recorded 10/18/2020, this has got to be the nastiest, most hardcore Halloween Drum & Bass mix that I have ever put together. 41 tunes in total, this mix was featured that year on The Bassment with host Keano Martinez on C89.5FM. I don't have a tracklisting for this one, but I assure you every tune is 10/10 energy level, straight bangers only. Enjoy!



The Devil's Playground

DJ Kemlite is a PNW native who currently resides in Seattle, WA. He began DJing in 2006 along with a handful of friends after falling in love with the Seattle rave/nightclub scene. DJ Kemlite, aka Max White, is known mostly for playing several sub-genres of Drum & Bass such as Neurofunk, Techstep, & Liquid. Deep Dubstep is also a long running passion as well. He still often enjoys playing old school hyphy Dubstep, House, Trap, Trance, & on occasion, old school UK Hardcore which is what got him into raving. Over the span of many years having made appearances & residencies in Nightclubs & venues all around Seattle, such as Contour, Volume, Foundation, Kremwerk, Monkey Loft, Baltic Room, & Re-Bar to name a few that he can recall. As well as several out of town/state gigs along the West Coast. Kemlite once even got a chance to play at Bumbershoot as part of the duo Highdrops, with his long time collaborator Keano Martinez.

Having since stepped away from the Nighlife scene in Seattle, you can often find DJ Kemlite contributing to the local radio show, The Bassment, Thursdays nights on C89.5FM & online at C895.org with host Keano Martinez. Max has been a stapple on the show since 2012 & over the years has become the top contributor for guest mixes. There he likes to flex his talent by bringing the hottest new tunes & mixing on his home setup which consists of a Pioneer mixer & 3 players.

With a decade+ of DJ experience under his belt, Max has now become a mentor for his fiancé Taylor, who now spins as her alias DJ Lady Fierce. Catch her recording mixes & being featured in some b2b freestyles.
