This year I wanted to approach music differently and I've been fooling around with some loops, edits and ideas.
I got out of bed on a Saturday and dived into my music, my heart and my soul and this is what came out.

It's about 10 years ago Guy J released a beautiful remix of "As You Fall" by the amazing "Bent".
The original was released 15 years ago, exactly the amount of years I've been playing around with music.
Whatever it is I'm doing, it has absorbed half of my life and with it, myself completely.

A few months ago I had the pleasure of watching "A Muse" by Jimmy Bontatibus, a beautiful piece of inspiring cinema with a fitting soundtrack by Christopher Day.

I recorded the sample used at the end of the movie and rediscovered Exit 9 by No Accident in Paradise.
In light of these current times and the past year, I chopped up the sample, slapped an LFO over it, tweeked the delay and put one and two together.
