Inspired by the rawness and honesty of artists like Elliott Smith, Julien Baker, Adrianne Lenker & Sufjan Stevens, Callum Pitt imbues his indie-folk with a grand, orchestral, chamber pop sensibility plus an alt-rock edge. Despite using music often as a canvas to openly discuss depression & anxiety, as well as political unrest, Callum still manages to imprint feelings of optimism and unity - alongside genuine warmth and honesty - throughout his songs.

28-year-old Pitt has been working on his craft for over a decade, beginning as a teenager in the Newcastle pub scene and gradually refining his thoughtful, poetic songwriting voice, leading to festivals such as The Great Escape, Deer Shed & The Long Road and support slots with artists including Donovan Woods, Adia Victoria, Jordan Mackampa and Cattle & Cane. Callum’s development as a songwriter has been recognised with accolades such as ‘Alan Hull Award’ for songwriters in 2019 & the ‘Fender Player Plus’ competition in 2022. As a result of his tireless work ethic, as an independent artist, Callum has amassed over 6 million streams, with releases landing on Spotify’s coveted ‘New Music Friday’ playlists 17 times & received radio play from BBC Radio 1 and BBC 6 Music. 

Meanwhile, he’s studying a masters in Occupational Therapy, and has worked with children, young people & adults with disabilities through various outlets, including therapeutic music work, giving him a new perspective on the cathartic and unifying power of music.

Aermotor is a rock band from Athens, GA influenced by various rock artists from 70's, 80's, 90's through today.  Ken is a singer song writer, guitarist and front man. Michael, earth shaking bassist and gearhead has experience in multiple bands playing hard rock in Athens and Atlanta area.  Steve, drummer has experience playing various venues and excels as an energetic driving force for Aermotor's sound.
