This is my recent Dj set crafted with lots of emotions and heart as always. This set is a special one for me as it wholely depicts my comeback, point of not giving up to my passions and a deep message. Through this set my heart was pounding full of emotions.

Embarking you on a luminous adventure featuring some bangers from recent compilations, swampy classics and groovy stompers released from legendary artists on well-known music labels: Universal Tribe Records, Merkaba Music and Zenon Records.

We welcome in 2021 with a beautiful, collaborative piece by Australian legends Axon and Max Von (aka Sumiruna & Bumble) coming out on local underground label, Synaesthetics. 

The musicality and production prowess between these two legends is nothing short of astounding. Together they have created one of the most emotive pieces of underground, progressive dance music we've heard in a while. The track's main riff derives from an elegant acoustic string instrument, which is backed up by soft, yet captivating percussion work, creative transitional effects and graceful aerosphere pads that transports our imagination into the blissful unknown.

Ken Zo - Born in Mauritius

One of the leading DJs & Producers in Mauritius and pioneering local underground electronic music culture. With nearly 15 years of DJing under his belt, He has been involved in most of the bigger events in Mauritius, and was also co-organiser for events that hosted big names like Grouch, Breger, Evil Oil Man, Merkaba. He was also part of the organisation of E K T A Festival 2015, one of the first 3 day electronic music event hosted in Mauritius.

Usually known for his compositions with a defining take on Psytech, his DJ sets on the other hand exude versatility and he covers many genres from deep house to full on psychedelic trance with all genres in between.

In 2017, he was awarded the Backstage Award for Best DJ. 

He grew up surrounded by music. His mother was his first music teacher going over the basics of piano and singing. His parents enrolled him for violin classes at the age of 7 at the Conservatoire de Musique Francois Mitterrand where he also learnt music theory in french. At the age of 13 he moved on to the Conservatoire de Musique Frederic Chopin where he was trained in piano and music theory in English,

Simultaneously during his teen years, Fabrice experimented with many genres - pop, rock, rnb - and played in many amateur bands and orchestras playing guitar, violin and keys.

He started DJing and producing in 2007 under the alias Mr.Snob playing commercial and progressive house as well as an occasional techno set here and there. The beginning was mostly birthday parties and school fairs with very rare club gigs. His career started picking up around 2011 just when he flew off to Melbourne Australia for his studies. He performed throughout Australia under his knew alias Ken Zo, finding his place within the niche psychedelic community playing fusion sets of techno and psy.
